“Croft didn't just help me; the 125 operators and front-line supervisors at the refinery who reported to me and my supervisors had greater opportunity to succeed. A focus on leadership and relationships created new possibilities for our entire organization. On a personal level, he was instrumental in helping me to shift how I was showing up. His coaching opened up the doors that I was closing in front of me.”

Regan H., Refinery Manager, Oil and Gas

“Croft has demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise and insight while helping me to become a more effective leader within my organization. The unique blend of wisdom, candor, and knowledge of human nature and organizational culture they bring to our coaching relationship has helped to shift the way I view leadership and how best to address the needs of our organization.”

Christopher A., School District Superintendent

Through Croft’s coaching I have shifted and become a more effective and successful business owner. I now see the future that I want to create in my business and the path which I want to pursue. I now understand how to embody the change I desire and I have seen an immediate impact on my team and the day to day success of my business. I am the leader I now want to be thanks to Croft.

Other Highlighted Successes:

Croft is currently in year 10 of working with an oil refinery to help them in their evolution of leadership. They created one of the top refineries in the nation, as indicated by several financial and safety measures. In the process Croft led several leadership development programs, each building on the prior, shaping several generations of leaders. Meanwhile, Croft worked directly as executive coach with each of the key organizations leaders. The refinery is a 30,000 barrel a day refinery in the western United States.

Croft facilitated courses and coached the senior leadership team of the largest Native American owned power utility. The coaching involved helping the leaders to clarify their organizations vision, mission and values and the corresponding conversations and necessary for success. The program lasted over three years and worked with two successive classes of the leaders.

Croft is currently a SupporTED coach, coaching TED Fellows in their development as thought leaders.
